My downloads keep failing and won’t unzip!

If you’re having trouble receiving a complete file, are having problems unzipping, or run out of download attempts don’t panic! Just contact us by signing into your DMS account and choosing the ‘Support‘ tab from the top menu of the DMS screen. One of the DMS team will reply to you ASAP to help you download your product successfully.
