Are the MIDI files and WAV samples in the Free Stuff section Royaly Free too?

All of the products that you will find on DMS are royalty free. You may use any MIDI Loop Pack or Audio Loop Pack material downloaded and purchased from DMS in your own productions for profit without paying any royalties to DMS, and with no need to credit us as the original composer. All downloads in our ‘Free Packs’ section are also Royalty Free.
There are no exceptions, unless expressly stated on a product page or inside the product’s information. Generally we do not sell products that are not royalty free, however some Labels such as Producer Loops put restrictions on exact reproduction of their demo track content for example.
The contents of our products are not to be used “isolated” in your musical works. They must be used within the context of a musical piece mixed with additional parts. You may not re-sell this collection or transfer it to any third-party as a purchased license is a single-user license and non-transferable. In this context you may use any of our samples or MIDI for the creation of library music.
The contents of our products may not be used (wholly or partly) in the creation of any competitive product, including, but not necessarily limited to, Sample Packs, Sample CDs, Sample DVDs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, Production Music, Library Music, App Contents, or any other collection, in any format.
