Does DMS offer a refund policy?

DMS does not offer a return or refund policy on any of it’s downloable products. Once the products have been transferred to your computer, they cannot be “returned”.
Furthermore, in the case of MIDI files/ samples/loops a virtual license to use the content in your music royalty free is transferred to you when you complete your purchase. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information on our policies.
n the rare event that a customer purchases duplicate copies of the same product DMS may issue a refund or store credit for one of the products. Such refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of DMS.
