
How do I use the online store?

First register for a free account here. You may then browse our product categories from the online store menu. You can also browse by musical genre from the drop-down menu on the left of the site.
Select your product from the list and click add to your shopping cart.
Once you’ve made your product selections you can view your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon on the top right of the DMS screen. This will take you to your shopping cart.
When you have checked your products click ‘checkout’ to finalise your order, you’ll then need to sign in or provide your details and then agree to our terms of service.
You will then be forwarded to PayPal to complete your order. There you may (1) use your credit or debit card or (2) your PayPal account.
When you have completed your payment, click the button to return to DMS and download your files.
Ignore any security warnings that you may receive from your web browser: DMS does not hold any of your payment details – they are safely encrypted with PayPal.
Once back at DMS you may download your files immediately by following the link to your Order Details.
Your order details will then be listed as below. Clicking each product name will start the download for that product. Please note that downloads are only valid for 48 hours, if you wish to re-download your products after this time please contact us by logging into your DMS account, clicking the ‘Support’ tab from the top right hand side of the DMS homepage and opening a support ticket.
Your download link and receipt will also be sent to your registered email. We recommend that you add [email protected] to your address book. If you do not receive your links please check your Spam before contacting us.
To view your previous orders or re-download your products, log into your DMS account and click ‘View Orders/ Re-Download’.
