How To Use MIDI Effects In Cubase
October 3rd 2017
MIDI effects can be a great way of transforming your note data into something more interesting! For example adding a MIDI effect such as an arpeggiator can create swirling riffs from a simple chord progression, or create intriguing variations of your track’s lead riff.
Cubase comes with several MIDI effects such as ‘Arpache’ and ‘Chorder’ which can be used to transform both your keyboard playing or existing MIDI sequences into a whole new style.
Cubase can be a bit confusing with respect to adding these effects, however Sudhin Venu has written a great mini-tutorial for Cubase users showing you how to use these handy producer’s tools.
