My DMS order is still listed as Pending!

Occasionally PayPal doesn’t send back the information needed fast enough for our store to trigger instant download, if your order is still listed as pending after you’ve paid just sign into your DMS account and click the ‘Support’ tab. Leave your name and order number and a member of the DMS team will respond to you ASAP during office hours (9am-5pm GMT Mon-Fri).
