DMS Psytrance Basslines

DMS Psytrance Bass Loops features 30 psychedelic basslines created using Mechanimal’s Psytrance MIDI Pack. Bass pattern styles range from Fullon through Progressive and Psychedelic. Weve also included an Ableton Live project for the demo track so that you can create your own Psy grooves straight away! WAV audio & MIDI included for each bass loop. The download also contains the percussion used in the demo track as WAV loops plus the NI Massive preset for the bass sound so that any user can easily take advantage of this great value Psychedelic production pack.

Bonus Material: This pack also features WAV audio loops taken from the demo track alongside an Ableton Live Pack of the demo track, and the Psytrance bass preset used to make the bassline in our demo using NI Massive. We’ve also included a multi-samled Soundfont (.sf2) of the bass for use in any compatible sampler such as NI Kontakt, Apple Logic EXS24, Halion and many more popular samplers.

Please Note: The NI Massive preset requires version 1.4 or higher, and the Live pack requires Ableton Live 8.4.2 or higher. The WAV loops and MIDI files inside are compatible with all DAW software.

Why MIDI? MIDI loops provide the absolute ultimate in control over the groove! Since MIDI files contain the note data for each sequence you’re completely free to change them in any way you wish – add your own sound from your favourite synth , change musical key or tempo, re-arrange the notes in your DAW’s piano roll editor, use only a portion of the sequence or even reverse it : all free from the constraints of time-stretching artefacts found when using audio loops.
