What are Synth Patches & Soundsets?

Synth Patches and Soundsets are preset files designed to work with specific Synthesisers (VSTi or hardware). To use collections of synth patches and soundsets like the ones you will find on DMS you will need to own the specific synth which they are designed for use with.
